Attendant:
Person who accompanies a delegate with a disability to provide services related to the disability. Name and country of attendant is required for conference badge (see registration form). No fee applies for registration by attendants except for the President’s Reception and the Canadian Evening, if attending.
                                      
Spouses/Accompanying Persons:
Delegates can purchase additional tickets for spouses or accompanying persons who wish to participate in the social activities.

Preconference Workshop registration includes: Admission to workshop(s), lunch(es), coffee breaks.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and received by the Conference Secretariat before the dates below:

- On or before April 11, 2008: Full refund less administrative costs of $50 CAD.
- Between April 12 and June 1, 2008: 50% of registration fees will be reimbursed.
- No refund will apply for cancellations received after June 1, 2008. (This also applies to all Social Program activities.)
- Refunds will be made after the Conference.

How To Reserve

Please reserve your hotel with the online Registration form. To reserve a room after you have already registered, complete the Hotel Reservation Form and send to the Conference Secretariat – JPdL. No hotel reservation will be processed by the Conference Secretariat unless accompanied by the guarantee.

Hotel Cancellation/Changes Policy

Cancellation of hotel reservation must be made in writing (letter/fax/email) and received by the Conference Secretariat before June 27, 2008.
