An
extended abstract is required for proposals in the Research category
and the Clinical/Educational category. It is not required for proposals
in the Personal Experience category.
Submission:
Proposals (extended abstracts) must be submitted with the short abstract.
Publication:
Proposals will be published in the Conference Proceedings
Length:
Maximum of 1500 words and maximum of 10 references. (Evaluation may be affected if proposals are overlong.)

Formatting:
All
references should be placed at the end of the proposal. One figure and
one table (if included) may be integrated within the body of the
proposal.
Authors:
Do not include any identifying information (name, organization) in the proposal.
